is a (U)EFI installation.
With linux kernel 3.5.x, I have always this message in the log

header is not at the end of the disk.
Sep 17 09:54:27 techz kernel: [ 1.204685] GPT:625137663 != 625142447

the end of the disk.

header is not at the end of the disk.

Sep 17 09:54:27 techz kernel: [ 1.212379] GPT:Alternate GPT header not at
the end of the disk.

Sep 17 09:54:27 techz kernel: [ 1.212382] GPT: Use GNU Parted to correct
GPT errors.
Sep 17 09:54:27 techz kernel: [ 1.212404] sda: sda1 sda2 sda3 sda4 sda5

When I like to repair this with parted the system is not booting and the Raid1
is destroyed.
