I've committed a big refactoring from Stefano Stabellini of the
DisplayState logic. This is commit r6336..r6345. I believe there is an
outstanding issue with BGR hosts but there is a patch available. Cocoa
is broken but I think that was unavoidable.
Please let me know if you run into any display related issues either in
VNC, SDL, or screendump. I ran through regression tests on all of it
but it's quite a lot of changes.
