I bow before you Jeremy, this is awesome ;-)
The box did it to the login prompt for the first time.
Login via console and SSH was possible.
A dmesg output out of the running system is attached.
On hvc0 i saw the cursor moving but it didn't print any text to the screen.
I think Gerd was reporting that already a while back.
I'll try to catch some more logs over serial line and also running with
xen-3.3.1 today.
