Wops, just realized that the patch I've sent it's against 
xen-unstable.hg; should be easy to backport, but in case I'll send you 
the correct one ASAP.

This fix should be applied to both xen-3.3-testing.hg and 
xen-unstable.hg, in case it works of course.
