That is not enough, if these functions are defined, then the
PTHREAD_PRIO_NONE, PTHREAD_PRIO_INHERIT, PTHREAD_PRIO_PROTECT are going
to be defined.
Are you sure that the missing "restrict" are not causing the errors ?
