I'll have to admit, I didn't expect you guys to go to so much trouble, since the vga= will be going away anyhow. We can all live with the "fuzzy matching" for now, until you get the new video subsystem operating properly. Don't put a lot of time into something that won't be used much longer, as we can live with things as they are for the moment. Thanks for everything.
