The option -b has no effect on my machine. I tried -b 100M, -b 500M, -b 100Mbps, -b 500Mbps and similar combinations, but it still shows the same result.

This is weird. I also tried -b 100X, which did not produce any error message and the result was almost identical to the above. My version of iperf is 2.0.4.
