Subject: Kernel staging on x86

Message-ID: <4A784400.7010200@cbnco.com> (raw)

Hi,

There have been a couple of patches to fix asm-x86 header staging:

http://patchwork.openembedded.org/patch/455/

http://patchwork.openembedded.org/patch/746/

Could someone please apply one of them?

I've been using the first patch to fix builds of nvidia-display and
madwifi. I haven't tested the second patch; I think it does exactly the
same thing on x86, although I'm not sure what it will do on a non-x86
platform (e.g. on arm would it copy x86 files into
${STAGING_KERNEL_DIR}/include/asm-arm?).

Thanks,
Mike
