Prevent write to write init->argw.argv[SLIRP_MAX_ARGS]

If i becomes SLIRP_MAX_ARGS - 1 and `*str != ','` evaluates to
true, then we write init->argw.argv[SLIRP_MAX_ARGS].

Can this occur?
