Personally i'ld think i prefer having a new mailing list just for XCI 
since i'm too often missing posts in xen-devel, even more if it's 
missing the [XCI] subject tag.

Now people using it might not want to subscribe to another mailing list 
.. so i think i'll still try to look for XCI tagged email on xen-devel ;)
