Decided to give pv_ops dom0 another go (from a few weeks ago).  Does 
pv_ops dom0 require an unstable hypervisor?  Here's what I get with a 64 
bit 3.4.1 hypervisor and a dom0 kernel from a a recent clone of 
rebase/master:
