Subject: [U-Boot] [PATCH 0/2] mpc52xx, mucmc52, uc101: config cleanup

Changes:
- As this boards are similiar, collect common config option
  in manroland/common.h and manroland/mpc5200-common.h
- Also add OF support to boot 2.6.x kernels
- update default environment for booting 2.6.x kernels
- If no CF card is detected delete the ata node in the DTS
  before booting Linux
