The latter one is marked "ASSIGNED" but the last activity was months ago. The effect of this bug (No powerbutton and lidswitch working) gets more and more annoying. Is there a chance that it gets fixed in the near future? And can i help fixing it? As i am not a good programmer only thing i could do is testing and providing with informations about the bug and its effects on my hardware but i would gladly put some time into it to get it fixed. regards sebastian [1] http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13607 [2] http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1752
