linux/Documentation/cgroups/cpusets.txt and
linux/Documentation/IRQ-affinity.txt for the beginning. Xenomai manages
affinity via explicit API calls (not done by RTnet, though) or
/proc/xenomai/affinity.

I see, they are attached to quasi different Ethernets.
