I too am experiencing this problem. My setup is much less bleeding-edge, 
however:

RHEL 5.3 dom0 (2.6.18-128.el5xen kernel)
xen-3.3.1 from gitco
oprofile-0.9.3-18.el5

Same error message in Xen dmesg ring buffer.
