[U-Boot] problem building fw_printenv

This appears to be cross-compiling the tools that run on the host (i.e. 
native).  Odd.

Download a stdint.h and put it somewhere in your include path?

I'm not sure why you don't have stdint.h, I would expect it to be 
supplied by your host gcc installation.
