Subject: Possible bug in pvops dom0 kernel
Date: Wed, 03 Feb 2010 10:45:08 +1100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <4B68B904.4030406@endlessvoid.com> (raw)
I have 4 HDs in my system. Last night when I rebooted dom0 one of the
HDs failed to be brought up:
Feb 2 21:31:57 eir kernel: [ 1.313015] ata1.01: SATA link down
(SStatus 0 SControl 301)
However, earlier and later reboots recognise it successfully:
Feb 2 17:59:34 eir kernel: [ 1.261384] ata1.01: SATA link up 3.0
Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300)
I don't know if this is an intermittent hardware problem or a problem
with this particular kernel.
Thanks,
Yasir
