Subject: [Printing-architecture] OpenPrinting Summit 2010 - First Sketch of the Agenda Available
Date: Thu, 18 Feb 2010 16:08:48 +0100	[thread overview]

Hi,

on the first planning phone meeting for the Summit yesterday we have
worked out a first sketch of the agenda, putting the proposed topics
intop days and deciding about how much time we will use for each topic.

See

https://www.linuxfoundation.org/collaborate/workgroups/lf/openprinting-summit-san-francisco-2010

Especially we will dedicate the first day for the downloadable printer
driver packages, by giving a small seminar on how to design and package
printer drivers for automatic download to work on all LSB-compliant
distributions and together with the Common Printing Dialog.

Most of the second day will be used to demonstarte and to discuss the
Common Printing Dialog

Note that we do not know the exact hours yet as we do not yet know the
hours of the Linux Foundation Summit, and we want to synchronize to have
joint lunch and coffee breaks.

In addition, the topics can still be moved, for example if we do not
succeed to have the joint meetings as planned now.

    Till
