This patchset added new options to lksctp-tools package, for support
SCTP conformance test suite. It will be usedful for SCTP test.

[PATCH 2/3] sctp_test: add -B option and -C option for specifying addresses
[PATCH 3/3] sctp_test: add -O option for specifying live time of messages
