NO, deliberate.
RT3070_LinuxSTA_V2.3.0.1_20100208/common/rtusb_dev_id.c says:
{USB_DEVICE(0x0789,0x0166)}, /* Edimax */
but 0x0789 is Logitec, from http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.ids
