On what system do you intend to run Xenomai? On a desktop system? Or an
embedded board?
If a desktop system, I bet the simplest choice are dpkg based
distributions such as Debian or Ubuntu, since Xenomai exists as a Debian
package. But there are no needed libraries (except the C library) and
all gcc versions able to compile the Linux kernel should be supported.
So, if you plan to compile Xenomai yourself, all distributions are equal.
