    netfilter: ipt_LOG/ip6t_LOG: remove comparison within loop
    
    Remove the comparison within the loop to print the macheader by prepending
    the colon to all but the first printk.
    
    Based on suggestion by Jan Engelhardt <jengelh@medozas.de>.
