What I am interested in is the contents of /proc/interrupts and
/proc/xenomai/irq in the Xenomai case, to see if an IRQ is used by both
Xenomai and Linux.

The serial logs are definitely too short. Your distribution probably
passes the "quiet" option on the kernel command line. Disable this
option and try again. We want the full log.
