One feature I want to do for a long time is to automatically
load the driver from the kernel and eventually add a mount option
to optionally load a layoutdriver on demand, or disable pnfs
for this mount altogether.  For example:

pnfs=(auto|none|<layout_driver>|<layout_type>)
