Ath ath9k debug dir is in the base of debugfs, ie:
[root at a230-ath9k ~]# cat /debug/ath9k/phy0/wiphy
primary: phy0 (SCAN chan=5 ht=0)
addr: 00:15:6d:84:23:0b
addrmask: ff:ea:92:f3:89:00
