I downgraded xf86-video-intel to 2.13 because of X hangs and the problems I described disappeared. Now it behaves like KWin 4.5.1: it does not work at all. Even with blur disabled there is an issue which makes it unusable: the K menu (or the calendar in the systray) do NOT pop-up when I click on them. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.16 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJMrIF8AAoJEGTnL3tULjr43IwH/RkkREU7Z/vWcwLl0INiIlpK VAtMKJypy6p7nGoNuB5mUODMk+21eu/dbQbO8nNwmJeFqIDnKb61+TPRfK77b+SN C3CwFd3TemUMg1BayN4U1mqvaXl3gx9LmXq4V5Ds5DUGyOTfdwZX08qnDfD5NlFq O0O08R4QJPMdxrIDTbYjeaXpPiiINWkyJGhEe7PzJLKjkKXQo1H1WTRYq4TPqTXM Am3nfYbmkgWL3IPb3ZovpMsTWEneuuoSB/lkGH3DYuvQI1fbNrztnhBjo/2A/qse 1yTCVIp1kzbUOtGKbIACWVdJ65G3aMpAtqUgu4WlRKoSCYRg8utOmCTgcQoyO1A= =qkxf -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
