This is a new version of the patch.  Changes with respect to the previous
version:

- use double quotes (i.e. "${TMPDIR:-/tmp}/tmp.XXXXXXXXXX")
- apply the same scheme to util/grub-mkrescue.in (intead of MKTEMP_TEMPLATE)
