Dear Ross Philipson (Citrix),

The Intel integrated graphics (IGD) 64-bit driver igdkmd64.sys that 
crashed is the *default* one that shipped with Microsoft Windows 7 
Enterprise 90-day Trial.

If requested by Intel engineers or Xen developers, I will attach the 
kernel memory dump for Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise 90-day Trial 
(filename MEMORY.DMP) in a further email.
