at91rm9200ek_ram_config (patch sent these days, is at91rm9200ek_config
with TEXT_BASE in RAM and SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT set). Toolchain was a
selfbuilt gcc-4.5.1 + binutils 2.20.1.20100303, can check CS 2010-q1
this evening.
