Hello, all. I've applied the raid?_recover fixes by Doug Nazar.
Endianness fixes were trivial and scattered so I've just redone it myself.
@Doug: your patches contain some more stuff. Could you rebase them on
trunk and submit separate patches per feature? (patches containing many
things in one are annoying to review.)
