Subject: [PATCH] ARM: sh-mobile: ag5evm requires GPIOLIB

Because ag5evm board setup code uses gpio functions,
ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB should be set in Kconfig.
Otherwise, the first build with defconfig fails.
