[PATCH][RFC] cdsymlinks bugfixes & numbered link 0

The attached patch does the following to cdsymlinks.{sh,c}:

  * Fix various bugs
    (mostly based on patches posted to lkml by J A Magallon);

  * Allow the generation of links such as "cdrom0"
    ("cdrom" etc. will still be created);

  * Add support for the device type listed as "RAM" in
    /proc/sys/dev/cdrom/info;

  * Optimise cdsymlinks.c for code size.

Marco d'Itri's bugfix patch is a prerequisite. (Patches which I've mailed
privately recently should be ignored in favour of this one.)
