I have taken EFI BIOS image from 
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/tianocore/index.php?title=OVMF
32-bit version works perfectly. However 64-bit version for some reason 
doesn't work on
qemu-system-x86_64. But anyway, it is enough for me. Thank you.
