Are you asking for proper IMS support or just reading some IMS specific
Elementary Files from the (I)SIM?
If you're asking the former, then oFono is likely only an enabler for
something like a telepathy based IMS connection manager.
If you're asking for the latter, then I would refer you to the proposal
from STE for IMS/LTE API that was posted a while back. Please note that
this is only a proposal and has not been ratified yet and no related
tasks have been submitted to the TODO list.
