Hi,
to make participation by phone as easy as possible, please make your
slides available as PDF file as soon as possible. Either attach them to
the OpenPrinting Summit web page by yourself and add a link to the
appropriate session or simply send them to me.
To add them by yourself you need a Linux Foundation account and if you
did not do so yet you must join the OpenPrinting group with it. I will
accept new group members as quick as possible. If I do not accept one or
another quickly, send me an e-mail, as some user names do not tell me
who you are.
Do not link the slides from an external server.
The slides are used for two things:
1. On the computer from where we do the projection and the screencast
presentation we download the PDFs with your slides.
2. If phone participants have problems with the screencast or if they
want to have a copy of the slides where one can navigate manually, they
download the PDFs with your slides.
So please send or post your slides as soon as possible, best before the
Summit, but at least before your session.
Also please send mail if you have special technical requirements for
your presentation (speakers, wired network, ...).
