Hm, at a grans, save_stack_trace_tsk() has also limited
implementations, however, there is an weak symbol defined
in kernel/stacktrace.c.
I think we can add save_stack_trace_regs() same way.

BTW, parameters of save_stack_trace_tsk/regs are
a bit different. It would also be fixed.
