not sure whats causing this to fire off. i.g. at the motel6 I was
reliably seeing this occur. Now the last few days(not being at a motel)I
am not seeing this fire off. only thing that I can think of right now is
the friends house uses WPA instead of some open the browser and enter
the key code to access the internet(or maybe no WEP/WPA).
here is dmesg when being at my friends house, with no warning.

I am going to be at a motel the next few days, so I will see if this is
reproduceable, and if I have time will bisect.
