I have submitted a V4 for the first patch in this series that fixes a
typo. I have also created a bundle in patchworks hoping that it may
help you to pull the patches correctly.

I have added patch 2/4 in this bundle(omap: enable caches at system
start-up). Let me know if you would like to have it removed.
