Hi,

I'd like to propose you new keymap - French Canadian Dvorak (attached).
Originally requested in [1].

There's also patch bellow, which adds missing description of 
--separate-lines option to the dumpkeys manpage. This option was printed 
in help (dumpkeys --help), but it's not mentioned in the manpage. More 
info is in [2].
