Hi Paul,
The issue that you and I encountered seems to have some similarity with the one
reported in http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-ext4/msg27273.html

I am wondering if this warning is also a false positive like that in XFS.
I am CC'ing the linux-ext4 and linux-fsdevel mailing lists.
