QasConfig version 0.3 is now available.

QasConfig is a browser for the ALSA configuration tree.

Changes:

* Changes in /etc/asound.conf or ~/.asoundrc trigger a refresh
* Localizations moved to a separate package: qasconfig-l10n
* Version code shortened to two numbers instead of three
