ffmpeg doesn't seem to support these formats

I am using the OMAP3 ISP, but it's a bit unclear to me how to set up the pipeline
using media-ctl (I looked for documentation on this tool, but came up dry - is there any?)
Do you have an example of how to configure this using the OMAP3 ISP?
