I plan to use xen with openvswitch and did already some work, I plan to
prepare some patches when I'm done with it, maybe someone is a bit
further? But I found that the scripts are still hardcoded to use
ifconfig, maybe they should be refactored to use ip (iproute2), as afaik
this is where it goes.

I have to check the use of the vif-name patch, maybe it makes a more
static approach desirable when using ovs.
