I have attached an OpenOffice version (.ods) of the patched CSV file, with the
added columns highlighted in red. This should make it easier to see what
information has been added. Also, by deleting the red columns, saving as CSV,
then diff'ing with the previous version, it is possible to check no other
changes have been introduced inadvertently.
