If you hit the problem on my kernel, please send me a full bug report (kernel splat, 'lspci', brief description of how you caused the problem, how reproducible it is, etc). I can't promise I can fix it, but I will definitely take a good look at it and will try to reproduce the problem on my systems. If we can ever find a way to reliably reproduce these problems, then the ath9k developers will have a much easier time fixing the problem.
