- a compile fix for fsl-diu-fb

- a fix for a suspend/resume issue in atmel_lcdfb

- a fix for a suspend/resume issue in OMAP

- a workaround for a hardware bug to avoid physical damage in OMAP

- a really trivial dead code removal in intelfb
