They were added to grub.cfg by the 00_header when I ran grub-mkconfig. Is there a way to get grub to pause on error, or to step through its execution at boot, so that I can capture which ones exactly? > Do you have any real problem? > > Thanks for responding. Yes, at boot, I got these errors, then it dropped to the initramfs prompt. I was trying to eliminate the errors first, to determine if these were the cause of the boot failure. If you get as far as initramfs prompt at all, it's very unlikely that GRUB has done anything wrong > HTH > > -John > > _______________________________________________ > Grub-devel mailing list > Grub-devel@gnu.org > https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/grub-devel > > _______________________________________________ > Grub-devel mailing list > Grub-devel@gnu.org > https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/grub-devel -- Regards Vladimir 'φ-coder/phcoder' Serbinenko
