As soon as you patch with the I-pipe patch, the manufacturer can answer
to your support requests that you are not using its kernel.

Well, I had a look at the patches for 2.6.35, and they really mess with
things with which they should not (cache and TLB handling for instance).
If you intend to do some serious work with this platform, you should
really consider doing a clean linux port, or get some specialist to do
it. Otherwise this will byte you sooner or later.
