Neil posted a wonderfully helpful message titled "Nasty md/raid bug in
3.2.{14,15,16} and 3.3.{1,2,3}". I don't want to pollute the thread with
this, but I do feel to compelled to thank Neil for his helpfulness and
positive attitude.

Neil, I can see that this bug is bugging you, and the lengths you go to
to help people who are bitten by it go above and beyond.
