If you are running 3.4 or higher, I think my patches for showing IRQ
errors in debugfs are in place. Can you post the contents of
the ath9k interrupt debugfs file after you see errors with your NIC?
cat /debug/ieee80211/wiphy0/ath9k/interrupt
